use custom resolution and refresh rate in Nvdia control panel and force 144Hz refresh? By Emrecan Out of the box this monitor scared me, imo you cannot use the OOB settings.

Since monitor run at 143.911, I believe issue cause Nvidia interpret 48Hz as 47.911Hz, the monitor will go blank since out of range. Can you run CPU-Z?
