And you and I are just knee deep in everything personal growth right now. I have, in my growth plan, I have daily, weekly, and monthly rigors, rhythms, things that Ive got to deliver every day, every week, every month to compliment the word, the concept. The assumption gap just basically says, I assume that Ill grow automatically. You see, most people that live by assumption. And you and I have talked about this before, I moved a lot growing up, so change and adapting, it just wasnt an option. Im an old man, I know this.
